We monitor the quality of the raw materials right from the landing centers, in the case of sea caught materials.
At the factory, the materials are subjected to concurrent quality check at all stages, including at the time of receipt of material into the factory, grading, value addition and production.
All Organoleptic parameters are continuously monitored to ensure that the end product is free from defects.
The final products are once again checked for Organoleptic and Microbiological parameters as per the specifications of the national authorities, the customer requirements and the regulations of the country where the product is sent.
A separate cleaning team is engaged to clean all processing equipment immediately after processing is completed each day. In addition, the Quality Assurance Department conducts regular sanitary surveys including swab tests on processing equipment, workers uniforms, hands etc.
We operate a full-fledged water treatment plant to ensure that the water used for processing is free from any type of contamination. The treatment plant comprises of sand filters, activated carbon filters, Reverse Osmosis membrane filters, softeners and ultra violet radiation.
